This blend offers a complex aromatic richness that slowly evolves into a floral bouquet of Indian rose, sugarcane, and rapadura. Artisanally distilled in copper stills in Santa María Suchixtlán, Mexico, this mezcal is distinguished by its smoothness and balance, paying homage to the traditions of mezcal production in Oaxaca.
