Where Distillery Select No. 1 shows the richness and delicacy of ageing in different types of casks, the Distillery Select No. 2 focuses on the liveliness and floral side resulting from the distillate and ageing in casks that have already contained Kavalan whiskies, mainly ex-bourbon casks.
