Nose : Fine, pure. First, elegant smoky scents emerge from the glass. Then, the aromatic palette takes on mineral tones (slate, chalk), fruity (baked apple), tarry and freshly herbaceous (grass). It then becomes saline, delicately floral (white rose) and gourmand (shortbread).

Appearance : vieil or soutenu.

Palate : Delirious, complex. Following on from the nose, the palate is initially frankly saline. Suggestive, it then reveals flavors of green tea, thyme, citrus (orange) and smoked mackerel. Then, as a delicious pretext for savoring caramelized apples, it evolves towards more and more flavors.

Overall : Both rich and subtle. Enriched by honeyed, roasted notes (coffee) and the presence of black fruits (blueberry), the taste palette is particularly dense. Gradually, delicate smoky, ashy and marine notes (salmon) embellish a pleasantly mineral and herbaceous atmosphere (hay).
