Showcasing the fruity, aromatic and coastal elements of the house style today, this 16-year-old, first release is non-chill filtered, natural colour and bottled at a higher ABV.
Nose : Opens with stone fruit, assorted dried citrus and toasted walnut, interwoven with salted toffee and delicate coastal notes.
Appearance : Doré
Palate : White peach, wildflower honey and citrus oil, alongside subtle hints of cassia and cacao nib. Toasted walnut and salted toffee return for a long, warming finish.
