HOLYROOD New Make Spirit Brewers Series No.3 Chocolate Malt

Inspired by Edinburgh's brewing heritage, the new makes Brewer's series range uses different varieties of yeast and malt found in both brewing and distilling. The NMS03 is the third installment in Brewer's series and it is the second iteration on malt as it re-explores how it can affect the flavor of the distillate. The NMS03 thus uses Chocolate malt - traditionally used for brewing dark beers, porters and stouts. It is a heavily roasted malt that adds flavors of dark chocolate, rich in cocoa.
