Fever-Tree Raspberry & Rhubarb is a new tonic water combining deliciously sweet rhubarb, fruity raspberries and, of course, quinine. The raspberries, from the Strathmore Valley in Scotland, are hand-picked and traditionally steam distilled. The rhubarb, too, is hand-picked from a family farm in England and then processed within a few hours to preserve the flavour of its natural aromas. The result is a sweet, fruity tonic for an original variation on the Gin Tonic, topped with a few raspberries or a thin slice of apple.
