Non filtered wines.
Manual processing, without mecanisation, manual regular mixing.All the details of this recipe make of it a vermouth of a high quality. Itis a strong coming back of vermouths.
To be served dry, with ice cubes, or a slice of orange, in Negroni withsome gin or in Americano.
