Made from a blend of several eaux de vie, the Gin de la Distillerie du Sonneur offers a nice aromatic palette. Each plant has been macerated separately in organic wheat alcohol before being distilled in a Holstein still. This still allows a fine distillation and a beautiful expression of the essence of these plants. A frank attack with citrus notes, a heart with a wide aromatic spectrum with peppery and floral notes, then a mentholated persistence, offer a tasting high in colors and flavors. Precise and refined, this gin is pleasant to drink in cocktails, neat or on the rocks. Recommended serving temperature: 10° to 15°.
