Unique in France, this gin is distilled in a solar-heated still!

Unique in France, this gin is distilled in a solar-heated still!
Nose : Surprised by a cloud of frozen lemon, followed by thyme and oregano on a juniper mattress, then notes of lavender and grapefruit. There are also sweet notes of orange blossoms and a hint of green pepper.
Palate : Juniper and lime opens up the palate to follow by spring flowers, fresh grass and lavender sweets.
Overall : The experience ends with the voluptuousness of freshly cut rosemary blended with cardamom.
