Representing the thirteenth generation at the head of this renowned cognac house, Amaury Mauxion continues a history that began in 1743. Blended from the 1970, 1971, 1972, 1973, 1974, 1975, 1976, 1977, 1978 and 1979 vintages, this version from the Fins Bois limestone terroir is made exclusively from the ugni blanc grape variety. Throughout the tasting, it reveals aromas and flavours of precious wood and encaustic, with a particularly homogeneous and mature palette of aromas and flavours that poetically recreate the heady atmosphere of a cabinet-maker's workshop.
