A real invitation to discover new flavour territories with this variation on Yuzu, full of finesse and freshness. A perfect marriage between Ferrand's cognacs and the over-ripe Yuzu harvested after several months of concentrating sugars and aromas on their trees in the renowned Agrumiste orchards in Morocco.
Nose : It starts with a very zesty yuzu / mandarin note followed by vanilla, marzipan, with a touch of flowers (rose and geranium), pepper and minty herbaceousness.
Palate : Rich and round, it follows the nose with a candied citrus profile (yuzu, mandarin, lime) and waxy impressions of tropical fruits, almond, plums, toffee, nutmeg and tea.
Overall : Very long on a citrus, herbal and sweet pastry with soft spices and vanilla.
