Nose : Fine, complex. Powdery (rice), mentholated and resinous, the aromatic palette shines with elegance. At its peak, it releases bewitching scents of candied lemon, almond milk, walnut, vanilla, yellow flowers and verbena.

Palate : Clean, lively. Initially juicy (grape, pear) and salivating, the palate is supported by a pleasant herbaceous, lemony acidity. Radiant with maturity, it develops on dried fruit flavors (fig, date, currant).

Overall : Long, fluffy. Delicately tannic, the initial finish is tenderly chocolatey. Sunny, it then becomes increasingly heady (iris concrete), honeyed and vanilla-like. The aftertaste is nobly spicy (cardamom, ginger).
