Verbena is one of the many gastronomic emblems of Auvergne. Traditionally known as a liqueur, we wanted to bring an innovative approach by offering a verbena spirit with a slight touch of sweetness. To make this product, we select organic dried lemon verbena that we distil with care, thus allowing the authentic aromas of the plant to be concentrated. Then, we macerate fresh leaves, adding a refreshing note to the distillate. This spirit, with its bewitching aromas of verbena and lemon, offers a balanced tasting. Enjoy it neat for a complete immersion in its herbaceous notes and slight sweetness, or on ice for instant freshness.
