This 3 year old rum is a blend of rums that have spent a minimum of 3 years in old bourbon barrels and sweet white wines for a gourmet result that is accessible while maintaining the unique identity of the distillery. This old rum will seduce both novices and amateurs.
Nose : Lime zest evolving towards yellow lemon, fresh cane and pastry notes. One can almost smell a lemon meringue pie.
Appearance : Un beau doré profond
Palate : greedy and fat attack. Aromas of flaked almonds, egg creams, spices with cinnamon as well as salty and citrus notes.
Overall : Rather dry and greasy on the retro olfaction and spicy. Meringue and lime zest are present.
