BELLEVOYE Vert Finition Calvados

The first 100% French triple malt matured in old Calvados casks.
An original and slightly peaty blend. The casks used in the final maturation have previously matured very old forty year old Calvados.

Tawny colour.
The nose reveals a powerful and expressive aromatic palette. The slightly smoky malt blends very well with the aromas of baked apples. The nose evolves with subtle spicy scents of cinnamon and nutmeg as it blends with the beguiling nobility of long ageing reminiscent of orange peel and roasted pineapple. The palate evokes the texture and richness of walnut oil. It is full and energetic thanks to its saline freshness. The finish is long and exuberant, with lingering aromas of precious wood.
