Belle de Brillet is a liqueur made from the distillation of two fruits, pear and grape, from two regions, Anjou, where all the pears are produced and harvested, and Cognac.
All our pears come from a selection of ten or so ecologically responsible orchards located in Anjou, a centuries-old region renowned for its rich soil and mild climate.
Our Cognac comes from a single vineyard, planted with the traditional Ugni blanc grape variety. It is located in the Fins Bois terroir, on hillsides overlooking the Gironde estuary, and benefits from the temperate influence of the Atlantic Ocean.
These eaux-de-vie are produced by double distillation.
