ARHUMATIC Ybissap - Clairin Vaval, Frécinette, Passion, Sirop d'Hibiscus New Vibrations

Nose : Pulpy, creamy. With the feeling of a rosé wine, the first nose is marked by notes of apricot and black grape. Allowed to breathe, the deeply invigorating aroma palette is dominated by the Clairin Vaval’s smooth character, mixed with aromas of hibiscus, candied cherry and exotic fruit (frecinette, banana, passion fruit).

Appearance : Cuivre rose.

Palate : Delicately rich. The attack is a melting pot of floral (hibiscus), fruity (sour cherry, ripe banana) and syrupy flavours, all underpinned by the Clairin Vaval. The end of the palate is milky (red fruit yoghurt).

Overall : Long, fresh. The start of the finish reveals notes of vesou. Apricot notes then become more present, echoing the first nose. Geranium honey, passion fruit, pomegranate and lychee fill the smooth after-taste with exoticism.
