Whisky Ardent is an organic single malt, produced by Alcools Vivant in Charente. The malt distillate is aged for 3 years in French oak casks and then re-aged for several months in Banyuls casks from the Pietri Geraud estate. This ageing/finishing takes place in the Province of Liege. With slightly malty and smoky notes, this single malt in its youth will surprise you with its sweet vanilla and smoky wood aromas.
