ADMIRAL RODNEY Officer's Release n°2

Distilled using a 45 plate Coffey still which was commissioned in 1984. Admiral Rodney rums are extracted from the lower plates of the Coffey still, as these distillates possess the balance of flavours that allow for a long period of maturation to bring intensity and complexity.
Our cellar master has selected exceptional casks dating from 2009. These rums were aged in American white oak barrels originally used for Bourbon aging. The rum was then transferred to European oak Irish whiskey and European oak barrels and rested for a further 9 months.
