ADMIRAL RODNEY HMS Princessa

HMS Princessa, this new cuvee brings together several rums that have all rested in American white oak bourbon barrels between 5 and 9 years.
The different vintages of this range are elaborated according to the English style rules of elaboration, the knowledge and the quality of rums produced by Saint-Lucia Distillers. They have the specificity of being distilled on the distillery's only 45 tray column (Coffey Still), commissioned in 1984. The distillates are extracted on the lowest trays, thus allowing a better balance of aromas which will then intensify and become more complex during ageing.
