Nose : refined, balanced. Characterised by notes of heather, it evolves with orange peel, chocolate and bourbon-vanilla.

Palate : supple, creamy, it transports us to Andalusia with its juicy notes of Seville oranges. Develops with flowers (roses, irises) and spices.

Overall : long. The spices on the finish are coated with woody notes (oak). Retro-olfaction reveals ripe fruit (plums).
