ABERFELDY 12 ans Mignonnettes

The Aberfeldy distillery is nestled in a luxuriant valley at the foot of the Scotish Highlands, in the picturesque village of Aberfeldy, Perthshire. A land steeped in folklore and fables. Founded in 1898 by the two Dewar brothers, Tommy and John Alexander, the whiskies are made today by the master blender Stephanie MacLeod. Aberfeldy whisky is famous for its honeyed sweetness, which results from a long fermentation process, allowing the flavours to spread more widely. It is then aged for over 12 years in a combination of sherry and bourbon casks, giving a fruity, spicy single malt whisky with rich honey notes that will delight whisky lovers as well as those who are just beginning their journey into to the world of single malts.
