135 EAST HYOGO DRY GIN

The Yonezawa family, sake brewers since 1856, began distilling in 1917. As the celebration of 100 years of spirits production approaches, the House has installed two new Forsyth's stills. The new distillery is named Kaikyo, after the famous Akashi-Kaikyo bridge in front of the distillery. 135° East Hyogo Dry Gin is a handcrafted gin distilled from classic London Dry botanicals and Japanese botanicals.
