The Chef
Ryuichi Utsumi trained in Japanese cuisine while working in his native country, before going on to specialise in sushi. Attracted by French gastronomy, he decided to settle in Paris. Drawing on his knowledge and the diversity of his culinary expertise, Ryuichi Utsumi offers a unique menu that takes guests on a journey between France and Japan.
