The Negroni Recipe

What would an Italian aperitivo be without negroni? Both dry and bitter, negroni is the ideal aperitif to start a meal.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cl of gin
  • 3 cl of red vermouth
  • 3 cl of Italian bitters


HOW TO MAKE IT

To make, combine equal parts gin, vermouth and bitters in a glass filled with ice. Stir with a spoon until the cocktail is sufficiently chilled and diluted. For a great cocktail, our Golden Promise bartender recommends Isle Of Harris gin along with Mulassano vermouth and Montenegro amaro.
