FETTERCAIRN

Fettercairn was the second distillery in the country to obtain a distilling license in 1824. When the local crystalline water is used by the Fettercain distillery as an ingredient in whisky production, it is also used to cool the copper in order to increase condensation in the still and recover only the finest vapors that escape.
