Favignana is a tiny island lost off the coast of Sicily. In addition to its breathtaking landscapes, this small piece of wild land boasts a unique botanical heritage. In fact, more than 600 endemic plants can be found across its 4,700 acres. It is this terroir that the creators of Favignana sought to uncover. The “recipe” for their London Dry gin,

a spirit that proudly reflects its Italian roots, combines 12 aromatic plants, most of which are handpicked on the island of Favignana. A way to shine the light on the biosphere and protect the aromatic and cultural heritage of the island.
